Please read our policies for attending the clinic for treatment:

• We ask patients to please arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment so there is no delay on treatment. If you are a new patient can you, please attend 10 minutes before so we have sufficient time for you to fill out the registration forms.
• We have FREE parking at our clinic in Ranelagh that will allow three cars to park. Please park either front or rear of car facing the building so that cars can park either side. Please be mindful not to block another patient’s car.
• We ask that all patients wear a mask when in the clinic. If you do not have a mask you can purchase one from the clinic for €2
• If you wish you bring a large towel or small blanket for extra comfort during your appointment, please do so. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the same supply of towels per appointment due to Covid 19.
• We also ask all patients to bring their own shorts when back or lower limbs are to be treated.
• Once your hands are sterilised and your mask is in place, please do not touch your mask.
• Patients are not to attend the clinic if they, someone in their household or someone they have been exposed to currently has or have had symptoms of the coronavirus within the last two weeks. Symptoms include any cold or flu-like symptoms particularly fever or cough.
• Patients to be directed to inform the clinic if they, someone in their household or someone they have been exposed to develops symptoms within two weeks of the patient attending the clinic.
• Patients are not to attend the clinic if they have been in a Covid-19 Emergency Dept in the last two weeks or any hospital setting that may have left them exposed to the coronavirus.
• If you had or were suspected of having Covid-19, you must be 2 weeks symptoms free before attending and wear a mask.
• Patients are requested to attend the clinic alone where possible to prevent the number of people in the clinic at any one time.
• On entry to the clinic all patients will have their temperature checked and be directed to wash their hands and use hand sanitiser.
• You may be contacted by one of our admin team the day before or day of appointment for pre-payment.

• There will be no discounts applicable at this time.
• Your therapist will be wearing a mask and may be gloved throughout the session.
• The room will be sterilised before and after treatment.
• We have a strict cancellation and no-show policy. We kindly ask all patients to give 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled prior to 5 hours to an appointment may incur charges of €35. Any no shows, a full fee will be applied. We have patients on cancellation lists that wish to attend, so we kindly ask that you respect this policy.
