Lynsey graduated from University College Dublin in 2002. After graduating, Lynsey spent two years working in the National Rehabilitation Hospital in Dun Laoghaire where she gained valuable experience in dealing with acute and chronic neurological and musculoskeletal injuries.

In 2004 she ventured into the world of private practice treating musculoskeletal and sports injuries, chronic neck and back pain, migraines and headaches, neurological conditions, arthritis, desk-work related injuries and postural related pain. From 2004-2006 she worked for Athletics Ireland covering games throughout Europe and Ireland for the Irish Junior and Senior Athletics Team. Lynsey was the Chief Physiotherapist for the Irish Ladies Women’s Tennis Open in 2005.

Lynsey has furthered her training in various manual therapy courses focusing on the spine such as the McKenzie method, myofascial pain and dysfunction, dry needling, prescription insoles and orthotic prescription, INDIBA® therapy, and clinical Pilates.

In 2008 she opened Archview Physiotherapy Pain and Sports Injury Clinic in Dublin. Lynsey leads a team of expert physiotherapists, physical therapists, neuromuscular manual therapists who work together to treat patients with varying levels of pain and injuries.

Lynsey has a passion for dealing with complicated myofascial problems which can be associated with most musculoskeletal and neuromuscular injuries. Lynsey wrote an article on myofascial pain (muscle pain) and dry needling which was published in the Chronic Pain Association of Ireland newsletter in 2009.

Lynsey was a committee member for the Chartered Physiotherapists in private practice (CPPP) within the ISCP from 2012-2013 and also a member of the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Sports Partnership committee from 2014-2019. Lynsey was dedicated as a healthcare professional in helping to gain protection of the titles ‘Physiotherapy’ and ‘Physical Therapy’ in Ireland, which are now both protected titles and regulated under the newly established CORU board.

Lynsey has a very keen interest in treating complex back and neck pain, chronic pain, headaches and migraines, shoulder injuries, hips and knee pain, sporting injuries, repetitive strains, arthritic conditions, foot problems and high level neurological injuries e.g. stroke, parkinson’s and MS.
