Exercise and fitness is an important part of peoples lives. No matter what age you are it is very important to stay fit and healthy! As we age, our muscles and joints lose their flexibility and strength. We have a range of classes to suit all age groups. This September we will be starting to teach classes to our over 65’s. This class will focus on posture, core strengthening and gentle stretching. Let our physiotherapists help you keep your body looking good!
