Martino graduated with a BSc. Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Udine, Italy in 2016. Since his graduation, Martino has been specialising in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation focusing on neck and back pain, spinal conditions, joint pain, muscle strains, tendinopathies, and sports injuries.
Martino worked with the Series A team of the Udinese Football club. There, he worked with the professional football players, and the U15 team gaining plenty of experience in football injuries and lower limbs sporting injuries.
In 2019, he moved to France and began working in an intensive care unit. He worked with lung transplant patients, Covid 19 cases, and those with respiratory pathologies, helping them to improve their independence and functional state after major surgeries and long periods of hospitalisation.
Martino worked within the hospital’s MSK clinic, treating a variety of post operative back and neck pain cases, joint replacements, and osteoarthritic patients.
Martino’s areas of expertise include musculoskeletal conditions, postural related neck and back pain, dry needling, myofascial treatments, strength and conditioning and respiratory rehabilitation. He has a clinical interest in neck and back pain cases, postural related pain, overuse injuries, shoulders pain and injuries as well, as treating large joint issues affecting hips and knees.
Martino believes in a holistic approach to patient care, continuous learning and professional growth.
