About: Our personal training sessions are 30-45 mins long and can be booked at any time convenient to you. Personal training can be booked for individuals or as semi private sessions for groups of up to 3.

Sessions are individually tailored to suit your needs. Improve your fitness, flexibility and muscle tone.

Speak to us about your training goals and we will arrange a training programme to suit your needs.
